Useful answers before you enquire..
From product specifications to trade quantities, these answers explain how to prepare a clear enquiry and what will be confirmed in your quotation.
Is WTS a business-to-business website?+
Yes. This catalogue and enquiry process are intended for business purchasing requirements. Include your company details and the quantities you need when requesting a quotation.
Do catalogue listings mean products are in stock?+
No. A listing describes a product for enquiry. Current availability, the precise supply specification and any minimum quantity are confirmed in a written quotation.
Why are prices shown as 'Request pricing'?+
A trade quotation can take account of exact part numbers, quantities, supply arrangements and delivery requirements. Send your product list so those details can be considered together.
Can I request a product that is not in the catalogue?+
Yes. Add the manufacturer, exact part number, quantity and essential specification to your enquiry. Identify any acceptable alternatives. A request does not guarantee that the item can be supplied.
Can I enquire about mixed products?+
Yes. Add multiple catalogue items to your enquiry list, set a quantity for each line and send them together. Use the message field for related components or requirements that are not listed.
Is there a minimum order quantity?+
Any applicable minimum quantity is confirmed for the specific quotation. Include the quantity you actually need so it can be considered at the outset.
Are product images exact model photographs?+
Some images illustrate a component type or category. Use the manufacturer part number, specification and the details in your quotation to identify the goods being offered. Do not rely on an illustrative image to confirm a product variant or included accessories.
How should I check compatibility?+
Confirm the complete system specification, manufacturer support lists and any firmware requirements. Socket, memory generation or interface alone may not be sufficient. Include the motherboard, chassis, power supply and relevant software requirements in your enquiry.
Do you supply parts for AI systems?+
The catalogue includes component categories relevant to AI and compute requirements, including GPUs, processors, memory, storage, networking, power and cooling. Share the workload, software requirements and any existing bill of materials when enquiring.
Does a trade enquiry open a credit account?+
No. Submitting a trade enquiry does not approve credit, reserve goods or create a purchasing account. Any account or payment arrangements are confirmed separately in writing.
What delivery options are available?+
The service, charges and expected timing depend on the goods and destination. Include your delivery postcode, receiving requirements and target date so that the quotation can address them.
Can I collect from the registered office?+
Collections and visits must be agreed separately. The registered office is a correspondence address and should not be treated as an open collection point.
How do I raise a return or warranty issue?+
Use the contact form with your order reference, part number, serial number where applicable and a description of the issue. Wait for confirmed return instructions before sending goods.
What happens after I send an enquiry?+
Your request is recorded with the contact details and product requirements you provide. Keep the reference shown after successful submission. Pricing and supply commitments are only established when confirmed in a written quotation or order.
Are manufacturers affiliated with WTS?+
Manufacturer names and product marks identify their respective products. A product listing or manufacturer page does not state that WTS is an authorised distributor or partner of that manufacturer.
