Delivery, agreed around your order..
Delivery arrangements depend on the goods, quantities and destination. The applicable service, charges and expected timing are confirmed with your quotation or order.
Before placing an order
Provide the full delivery address and postcode, receiving contact, any site access restrictions and your target date. Tell us if the destination has booking-in requirements or can only receive goods during particular hours.
Charges and timing
Delivery charges and estimated timing are confirmed for the specific requirement. Do not rely on a requested date or catalogue listing as a dispatch or delivery commitment. Any agreed delivery terms should be checked in the written quotation and order confirmation.
Larger and multi-line requirements
Orders with multiple products or larger quantities may require different packaging or delivery arrangements. If your business needs all items together, can accept split deliveries or requires particular labels, make this clear when enquiring.
Receiving your goods
Check the number of packages and visible condition when goods arrive. Keep the packaging and delivery information while you check the contents. Report missing items, incorrect goods or visible damage as soon as reasonably possible, with your order reference and photographs where helpful.
Collections and overseas destinations
Collections, site visits and deliveries outside the quoted destination must be agreed separately. The registered office address is not an open collection point. Any customs, tax, documentation or destination restrictions relevant to an overseas requirement need to be confirmed before an order is agreed.
